Our Process — What to Expect
The first step is beginning the conversation.
It's as simple as you reaching out to us by phone, email, direct message on social media, our online inquiry/appointment form or talking with us in our Showroom or Design Studio.
We'll want to know a little bit more about you and your project so this could take the shape of being directed to fill our our intake form online or maybe doing it in our Showroom or Design Studio.
And then we'll schedule the appointment for your in-home consultation!
When we come to your home, we'll measure your spaces, take some photos, and learn anything more about your project while we're there.
Back in our Design Studio, we'll combine our creative and technical processes with our extensive resources and create your custom room designs… putting everything together, bit by bit.
Once prepared, we'll invite you back to our Design Studio and we'll settle into a 3D rendered presentation of your project magically brought to life right in front of your eyes. Along with having all the fabric, surfaces and finishes samples to see, touch, and hold, we might explore some potential possibilities together within your project and tweak anything along the way until we reach the point of your approval.
Orders are then placed with deliveries planned and orchestrated. You will be updated as needed until your “white glove” installation is scheduled.
Installation is a most inspiring time for us as we prepare and anticipate the final results of the design we worked on together. Paying attention to even the smallest of details we know you will appreciate is always front of our minds!
