Boston Harbor Condo Part 2

Boston Harbor condo BEFORE image 2 story fireplace, window with harbor view (from 2nd floor mezzanine)

So in our last email,
we introduced you to the project
we flew to Boston to see
that very exciting day.

And now we'll begin sharing
our Construction Management
and Design process that
we've been going through since then!

Today we're taking a look at
all the rooms of the two floor condo
in their "Before" state to give you
a feeling for where we started.

Let's go!

Located in the upper stories
of a 1960's factory conversion on Boston Harbor,
this two floor unit had good bones,
some original features definitely worth keeping,
and was really longing to be updated!

It needed better functioning floor layouts,
the kitchen felt small and closed off
(almost like a little closet),
and the bathrooms were very outdated
and oddly configured to start.

We met the beginning of this project
with both excitement and overwhelm
as well as a distinct willingness and openness
to meet this special opportunity head on
and learn everything we could.

The journey of these new experiences
is a story we're happy to be sharing...
we've enjoyed every step along the way.
Stay with us on this incredible road
to something truly unforgettable!

More to come
next time!
